Thick Rugs With a Pronounced Texture

Soft, fluffy and warm underfoot – yet robust, sustainable and custom-made. Each rug is handwoven from beautifully mottled wool yarn, a rescued surplus from the Huttwil spinning mill.

The rhythm of the pattern can be individually adapted. The rugs are available in three light weft colours and the warp is in durable cotton yarn, either black or white.

Structures and Colours

• Prism features a large-scale, square diamond structure.

• Pixel is composed of small, diamond-like shapes.

• Colours: Light beige – Beige – Light grey-blue

• Warp colours: Black – White

Rugs with a white warp appear soft and subtle, while the black warp highlights the pattern and gives the rug a striking character.

You can choose between the following finishes:
– Woven hem
– Simple knots
– Twisted fringes

Since the weft yarn stems from a surplus batch, I will continue weaving these wool rugs only as long as the material lasts.
